[ADDED] Fixes for recently added "Notes" column

Hi,
I have fixed these issues:
1.Text in "Notes" has right alignment (but comment should has left alighment).
2.The "Notes" width does not save between sessions.

Hi,

The sorting for the "Notes" and the "Balance" columns broken in the checking panel.

The Balance column, I had always assumed was intentional. The code specifically calls out that column to not be included in sorting. As for the notes column, yeah, that's not right.
