Upgrade help for 1.5.2

I have downloaded 1.5.2 and unzipped. Trying to upgrade from 1.3.4. Is there a link to detailed instructions somewhere?

the latest version is 1.5.0-RC.2
i do not know version 1.5.2, where to download this version ??
