Import CSV negative withdrawals come in as zero

Hello,
I just upgraded from 1.3.6 to 1.5.0 on Ubuntu 20.10. I noticed a problem that did not occur in previous version.
My csv file contains 2 columns: one for withdrawals and one for deposits. When importing I have my setup (as I did in previous version as shown below)
Import Screen:
After the import completes all the withdrawals are zero. (The deposits are positive and appear)
Withdrawals Zero: Here is a sample csv file. I have a workaround to find and replace all minus signs, but would like to submit this for investigation.
Thank you.
