I have tried using your program both on my PC as well as on Android devices.  Since upgrading to Windows 10 I get this message, (see attachment), every time that I try to start the Portable version on my PC. I can ignore this message as well as a firewall warning easily enough but it would be nicer if it didn't happen.

Can I easily fix this?

Could you manually check if they key exists?
It's strange because a user should have full control on HKCU
