[1.3.0-Alpha] Unable to install Windows 7

I am unable to install the 1.30 alpha on Windows 7 SP1 X64, attempting to install mmex_1.3.0-alpha-X64.exe

Error is as follows:
The program cant start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

This issue still occurs in the Beta

From what I saw, there was only a portable version for windows. I was also getting a database error when trying to run 1.3.0 - Beta. It was acting like my database was out of date. I currently use it everyday on 1.2.7 and would hate to create a new one and import.
