Payee error after QIF import

Post by warmbells »

Hi,

I'm using this program on Windows 7, I had been using Quicken 2000 until it started to keep crashing on me. What I have found is that one Payee, PayPal, is showing up as Payee Error. Is there any way I can change all the Payee Error to PayPal without going through 10 years of transactions?

Thanks,
Gerald

Does this do what you need?
  1. From the main menu choose Tools > Organize Payees
  2. Right click Payee Error and choose Edit
  3. Enter the new name PayPal
  4. Choose OK
  5. Choose OK again
If not, you might try this:
  • From the main menu choose Tools > Relocation of > Payees
  • Under "Relocate", choose Payee Error
  • Under "to", choose PayPal
