1.3.3 Not WORK

I installed version 1.3.3 and it never worked again. I have Windows 7. When I try to open the Money Manager it throws a windows error and closes it. I uninstalled the latest version and tried installing an older version. Nor did it work. It never worked again. What could be the problem?
