How to move database from one PC to another?

I created a database on my laptop and I would like to move all the information on my PC. How it can be done?

All data in one .mmb file. In the header of the running app shown the path.

yo estoy en la misma situación y me gustaria algo mas de detalle para pasar todos los datos al nuevo ordenador. muchas gracias
