Auto categories based on similar payee name

Can I automatically set category based on similar payee names?

For instance I have the following payee names from my credit card statements (imported through qif file)
- 7/11 New York $1.50
- 7/11 Washington $40
- 7/11 Los Angeles $5

What I want is all "7/11" payee names to be automatically added under "Groceries" category
