Relocation of Categories by Account

I know I can reallocate categories globally, but does anyone know a way of reallocating these on a more local level as in on an single account basis.
I have used a category Bank:Transfer on any Bank transfers, but would like to change some categories to be more specific to the account in which they originated.
So instead of having a global Bank:Transfer category I could have Bank:receivable transfer, category on a single account and change other accounts transfer to something different, whilst leave other accounts with the Bank:Transfer category.
