Importing .mm file to Chromebook from Windows 10

I put my MMEX program on a flash drive and attempted to move it to the android app I have on my Chromebook. Nothing happens except the Chromebook wants to know what app will open the file, and the android app doesn't appear to be the one it wants. What am I doing incorrectly? Or is it that it can't be done? Thank you.
