How to implement 'Dark Mode' or Dark Theme in MMEX

Is there any way in 30APR2020 to have a dark mode or dark theme applied to MMEX for the PC version?
If so, is there a step-by-step instructional guide for how to accomplish dark mode or dark theme?

On Windows no way.
On MAC not 100% support.
