New user Manually entering data.

Have a line item that shows in a lighter print and the balance at this line comes out incorrect.

Have remove and re-entered the item get the same result.

What is the fix?

In my experience line items that display in lighter print are for dates in the future. Today is May 2, 2020 and if I were to enter a transaction into an account and give it a date of May 4, 2020 then it would display in lighter print when entered today. Could this be your issue ??
