This problem has just started for me. Until yesterday (or maybe the day before, can't remember when I last used it), Money Manager EX worked fine on my laptop.
Today it crashes on start-up. Uninstall and reinstall makes no difference. What is going on?

Hi Nikolay, port 8080 isn't used. I also disabled firewall but the software crashed.Nikolay wrote:At start mmex may be used port 8080. In case if this port already used other app it may be reason of crash.

I downloaded version 1.4.0-Alpha.3napoli081 wrote:Hi Nikolay, port 8080 isn't used. I also disabled firewall but the software crashed.Nikolay wrote:At start mmex may be used port 8080. In case if this port already used other app it may be reason of crash.
On start it asked me to convert database to version 7 and now it works well.

I found that I had to run the Compatibility Troubleshooter for windows, and that solved my issues. It's running fine now. That was with 1.3.3
