Cannot add transaction: "Invalid Amount"

Last Saturday (July 10), I could enter new transactions just fine. I have not changed the program version since then. The version I'm using is 1.5.3 x64. Now I'm completely unable to add a new transaction.
I'm trying to enter a transaction for 7,50 (all other transactions for this account use a comma, not a period, since it's in Euros), but the program automatically changes it to 7,00 for some reason. Even if I try to add the transaction by clicking OK, I get the error "Invalid Amount. Please enter a positive or calculated value." If I change the comma (7,50) to a period (7.50), it still automatically changes to 7,00 and I get the same error.
Again, this was not an issue on Saturday and it somehow is now. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.
