Having been able to happily work with Moneymanger in window prior to downloading 10, I now have lost the ability to open without left clicking on short cut and running as Administrator.
What do i need to get back to opening as before?

Try to stop web server usage in the network settings.

By using troubleshooting in money manager all was sorted
