Hi, I have got a  in front off the currency symbol throughout the software?
Any idea how to get rid?

I had the same problem for INR and I corrected it by Tools > Organize Currency > (Select the currency) Edit > Changed the Prefix Symbol to ₹ and now it shows up correctly.
