mmex 1.3.1 non-critical eror

When I open MMEX v1.3.1 x64 an information message box pops up with "XML parsing error: 'mismatched tag' at line 6.".
MMEX opens normally and behaves normally despite this.
Any thoughts?
I am using Windows 10 x64.

Seems like mmex can't get news file from a web.

BTW does the Google Analytics in MMEX send any info to Google?

Please read the user agrement on the about menu. Some anonimous info lokevOS version, Country, language and mmex version may be sended at startup the app.

I have installed MMEX 1.3.1 on other Windows 10 x64 machines and I have checked that MMEX has outbound internet access through the firewall.
However, I continue to get a message box "XML parsing error: 'mismatched tag' at line 6" when MMEX starts.
Does MMEX need inbound access through the firewall?
