I add that the portable version is crashing as well. 1.2.7 runs fine, but it is a pity not to be able to benefit of new versions of a (good) application

MoneyManagerEx 32bit 64bit installed or portable no longer works on latest version of Windows 10 version 1703 OS build 15063.540 on HP Intel i7 with quad HD screen.
The only solution I have found is to run in V8.1 compatible mode.
The installed versions crash after putting up initial dialog but the portable versions try to put up dialog but then crash immediately.
I did try latest dev version but even this fails in the same way.

Yes, Windows testers screwed up this time. Pushing crap out the door and trying to troubleshoot afterwards. I've checked my suspect drivers (all Microsoft), tried ISO, removed McAfee virus s/w. The idiots at MS don't code and/or test properly. My system now says I'm up to date (version 1709) but when I reboot the system freezes. I think Trump should give all MS the "you're fired".
