MMEX 1.3.3: Unexpected behavior in “Duplicate Transaction”

Post by leekb »

I have been running 1.3.3 (64-bit) for a while now without any problem. One fine day about a week ago, I noticed the “Duplicate Transaction” function no longer works the way it used to. The Account field is now <<blank>> instead of inheriting the name of the source Account. Strange indeed.
Anyone run into this before?Image

Even when triggering a "New Transaction" from within a specific account, the Account field would be blank. This is a major inconvenience. Hope this can be fixed soon.

Nailed the culprit. An Account with no name, presumably set to the value of NULL, existed in my database. I am certain it is not my deliberate creation. But somehow it slipped in. This account contains several transactions. By deleting this NULL account, the unexpected behavior disappeared.
