index.html error

Hello,
I have installed mmex version 1.3.3 on Windows 10. When I run the program as a normal user or administrator, when opening a database I get the following error:
Web browser
Cannot find
...:/Users/XXX/AppData/Local/Temp//index.html
Make sure the path or Internet address is correct
XXX - replaced user name
