display problems

My home page display disappears when I open an account details. How can I display the two pages side by side?

Thank you for you suggestion. I did not have the blue display you mention,, but In the meantime my son visited me and solved the problem.. As a silver surfer I'm not sure what he did, but he said it was a "click and drag" solution and I now have the correct display on my screen. Hooray for the younger generation!

The user is finding the error on windows screen that having a problem while dealing with perception in order to find out the display issue
