I'd like to clean up my Categories and Payees. From my experience so far, built-in reports will show only non-zero values and are not customisable by date greater than 365 days.

Is it possible to generate a list of all Categories and Payees that are empty?

If this is doable by report, is there a template or SQL available. I'm not having much success generating reports using MMEX or SQL, so some detail of explanation would be appreciated.

Printing to text would also be beneficial.
