Using data stick

I am an recent user of MMX and its on my PC windows 7pro. All my needs working well but unable to discover how to put the data base and its contents on a USB stick. This is so I can I can load all current information onto my other PC at a different location. I am not a Techie but can follow basic instructions. All advice welcome.
