Money Manager Ex 1.3.3 - Importing data - iMAC Mojave

Hi All, new member to forum, and love the program. However, even after reading the help docs i am still not able to import data in QIF or csv format. Unfortunately i cannot locate the log file to send either. Any help would be much appreciated.
As a thought i have attached a sample file in QIF and csv in case there is something wrong in the formatting of the files like column headings etc.
