Is this still an issue? If not, I'll remove the instruction for macOS from the download page.

This should not be an issue anymore as I make sure the stable released builds are signed and notarized by Apple.

The auto-built development builds @travis.com will not be signed. But I maintain a regularly updated list of these here - https://mmex.ipx.co.uk/
