Some dialogs not in english

I can't remember if the installation process had a language selection (probably did), but if it did, I chose English.
All parts of the app are in English EXCEPT some of the functions involved with creating or saving databases. These come up in a language I don't recognize - looks Slavic, though. Screenshot below.
I can generally figure it out, but is there a way to get this in English?
