Cannot install mmex on Mageia

Hello,
unfortunately I'm not able to install mmex --> no RPM package available.
I tried to use a .pkg installation, unfortunately it does not work.
Even I'm not able to compile, as I never did this before.
Is there any hint how I can proceed?
