    "PAYEEID" : 459,
    "PAYEENAME" : "xxx",

    "SUBCATEGID" : 54
}
18:50:29: CHECKINGACCOUNT_V1: Exception database is locked[5]: database is locked, {
    "TRANSID" : 4744,
    "ACCOUNTID" : 1,
    "TOACCOUNTID" : -1,
    "PAYEEID" : 459,
    "TRANSCODE" : "Withdrawal",
    "TRANSAMOUNT" : 25,
    "STATUS" : "",
    "TRANSACTIONNUMBER" : "4817524",
    "NOTES" : "xxx",
    "CATEGID" : 34,
    "SUBCATEGID" : 54,
    "TRANSDATE" : "2016-07-09",

Do you have write authorizations on the share? I'm using it on a Windows share (but Windows client) and it works fine.

Yes, I can rename my mmb database, or edit a file in this directory. Files are mounted with the -rw------- attributes. My files are on a Windows7 computer.
