Hi MMEX staff,
I love this app, very simple to use. I'd like to contribute to the Vietnamese translation because some of the terms are wrong and some are not yet translated. However, I couldn't find any PO file as per the instructions. All I can see is MO files (binary versions of PO, right?). How do I edit the Vietnamese translation? It would be great if you could include an UI translation tool right in the program. I'm using the latest version (0.9.9.0). Many thanks for your help.
Regards,
Toan

Re: Vietnamese translation
Hi Nikolay,
Thanks for the link. While waiting for an answer, I found the launchpad link in the forum and downloaded the Vietnamese PO file from there: https://translations.launchpad.net/mmex . Is it the same one as the link above?
Regards,
Toan

Hi Nikolay,
If so, we should stick with the first link you gave, shouldn't we? Then to avoid confusion I think you'll need to:
1. Remove the launchpad link (or perhaps the entire project there?)
2. Update the translation instructions here: http://www.codelathe.com/mmex/mmex_translation.php and be sure to include this link: http://moneymanagerex.svn.sourceforge.n ... 0/mmex/po/.
I love MMEX so much I'm dedicated to making a perfect translation of the UI. I'll be sure to post it here once I'm done but rest assured it's going to be faithful and exact (the current Vietnamese translation has many errors, I'm afraid).

Toan

Hi Nikolay,
Sorry for a late reply. Here's the PO file.
I'm so eager for the new version. So in love with MMEX. Really easy to use. Hope you'll support double-entry accounting soon. Thanks a lot for creating this excellent software.
