I just downloaded the DEV of 0.9.9.0. So far I really like some of the new features. One minor issue I have found is in the New Transaction window. When the cursor is in the Notes field, clicking the X to close the window on the top right does not work. I am running Windows 7 32 bit. The cancel button works fine, but the windows X button does not. It works fine if the cursor is in any other field. Thanks.

It's a feature to avoid close window when esc button pressed.
It's working a bit strange.
