Rename the "Current Month" report as "Month to Date".
Add a new "Current Month" report which includes future register transactions for the month.
Either rename "Income vs Expenses: Current Month" on the Home Page as "Income vs. Expenses: Month to Date" or actually update it to include future register transactions for the current month. I would prefer the latter.
Above changes would make it clearer with regards to what data is included.
Also, totalize the Reconciled balance on the Home Page.

Nice suggestions. Thanks.
Now we have in main menu View - Ignore Future transactions parameter
But this option has no effect for Income vs Expenses.
Should be fixed.

This has now been done. Name changed as follows:jamie wrote:Add a new "Current Month" report which includes future register transactions for the month
View - Ignore Future transactions - Default is Active. Can be changed using Options.
Active: shows - Current Month to Date
Not Active: shows Current month.
I have tested in a database with all future transactions and it works for me.Nikolay wrote:But this option has no effect for Income vs Expenses.
