Recurring Transactions Missing Repetitions v1.3.4

I have just downloaded v1.3.4 Win64 and come across, what I would presume is a bug.
When looking at the dialog box for recurring transactions, previously entered data is shown for repetitions, however if you then open or even try to create a new instance, repetitions is missing. So you can neither edit old transactions or in fact create a new recurring transaction for a limited time.
I will have to uninstall this one and go back to an earlier version
