"transfer" between accounts causes program crash

Post by tbar12 »

I have been using MMEX for quite some time. Recently, for some unexplained reason, each time I try to transfer between two accounts the application crashes. I have tried various combinations - and as soon as I select the account to which I want to transfer, the program stops.

I am working on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit - with MMEX 1.3.1.

Can someone help?

I upgraded to 1.3.3, rebooted, tried the application, shut down the computer, and re-tried. As soon as I do a transfer in a foreign currency (I use both pounds sterling and US dollars), the application crashes.

Does anyone know how to rectify this? It is very frustrating and makes the application unusable on Windows (and the Mac version doesn't work at all!).

I can reproduce it in case if GBP or USD exchange rate is zero.

Indeed, that was it. As soon as I changed the exchange rate to a value as of today, transfers between two dollar accounts worked fine - without causing a crash. Finally!!! Thanks much for your help.
