Problem Editing Accounts

[Abacus]

I am using MacOS 10.10.5 and MMEX V 1.3.3

I cannot access any menus as I only have the Icon row in the tool bar, none of them allow me to edit Accounts and if I click on an account it just opens

The program does not respond to TrackPad right clicks

Am I missing a row of options in the tool bar as my screen does not resemble the one on YouTube?

Any help would be gratefully accepted
