Budget module & Investment account logic issues

I have started using two MMEX features - the budget module and the investment account — but I've noticed that these features work differently on Android compared to the PC version.

1. The Investment type of account on Android doesn't allow for transfers and withdrawals like other account types does.
2. The Budget module on Android lacks the ability to create a budget plan and also has some UX issues.

Both features works fine on the PC version. I hope that addressing these issues will soon be added to the MMEX Android roadmap.

By the way, I want to extend a big thanks to the entire MMEX team. I was concerned that the mobile app might not continue, but it's great to see that it will be available in the Google Play store.
