I want to use it witn an older version of MMEX for Android because my phone does not support newer versions

I don't think there is a possibility.
"Hobbyists" with the necessary SQL + MMEX knowledge could perhaps create such a database.
In addition, you would then not be able to use any of the newer MMEX desktop versions.
