Not seeing any reports

I expect this is something to do with the combination of MMEX 1.5.16 and Pop!_os 22.04 or perhaps I missed something when installing WXwidgets but I am not able to see any reports at all, or any help screens.
Does anyone have any idea what I did wrong and how I can fix it?

Did you try (maybe make backup copy before):
rm ~/.local/share/mime/packages/user-extension-html.xml
update-mime-database ~/.local/share/mime
