ERROR: In this seccion always show in the actual balance, the amount of the current fiscal year in all fiscal years.

Yes, you may have noted that the functionality has been enhanced to allow the Yearly and Monthly budgets to be merged, but this bug seems to have crept in. Can you confirm that the actual reports (Budget Performance / Budget Category Summary) are correct.
Bug report raised, will look to fix in v1.5.22.
