Android MMEX v2023.12.06.1003 release - Editing a Budget

Running Android MMEX v2023.12.06.1003 release an my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone (SM-S908E/DS) on Android v13 (One UI v5.1).

How do I edit a budget in the Android app? It seems to be read-only on my phone when I do this:

• I open MMX Android on my phone.
• Tap the sandwich menu.
• Select Budgets from the MMX menu.
• MMX shows me a list of my budgets.
• Tap on one of the budgets.
• MMX shows me the budget with 4 columns:
  1. Category
  2. Frequency
  3. Amount
  4. Actual

It shows me how much I have spent for each item in the Actual column. The Amount column shows a zero for all items.
How do I edit this budget in the Android App? There are no edit buttons on this screen and it seems to be read-only.
