Split transactions and filter categories

Up to v1.8.1, filtering a list of transactions for a category used in a split transaction (2 or more categories) would show the value assigned to that category in the split transaction.

For example, take a transaction with Payee: Supermarket £50, category 1: Food £40, category 2: Homeneeds £10.

With v1.8.1, "View Transaction Report" for category Food shows £40. With v1.9.0 and above, it shows £50.
Similarly, "View Transaction Report" for category Homeneeds shows £10 in v1.8.1, but £50 in v1.9.0.

(the function is now called Filter in v1.9.1, but it does the same as v1.9.0.)

Is there a way of listing just the value assigned to a category in a split transaction, like v1.8.1 did? I can't find anything in Reports, or in the GRM repository on GitHub.
In this example, I'd like see how much I spent on Food in all my transactions at the Supermarket.
