Create a new fiscal year

I have set up multiple years in MMEX previously, but can't remember how I did it   Can someone tell me how to copy across all the current account ledger names - think this is > File > Save as [new filename] but then all transactions need to cleared and new values set for bank and possibly some of the other Ledger codes?

Perhaps I have missed guidance on closing a financial year and starting a new one?
