Project's files\dirs reorganization

Hi,
I have modified the placement of some mmex files and directories.
1.SQLite3 sources moved up to mmex/sqlite.
2.mmex\include now contains only external headers (from others projects). mmex headers moved to mmex/src.
3.mmex\bakefile moved to mmex/build/bakefiles.
4. Unicode builds on Windows now have following output dirs:
mmex_unicode_debug -> "Unicode Debug"
mmex_unicode_release -> "Unicode Release".
