Currently if you edit a transaction that has no appreciation it shows -1 in the rate, which is how it is stored in the db but looks strange to display to the user...
Here is a patch to set rate of change of an asset to 0 in the display if appreciation type is "None". Also if type is "none" the user cannot edit the rate.
