Transfer info from one account to another?

I lost all my account work on my current account, I thought it was just the 2017 but it is also all the 2016 which is affecting the other accounts associated with it. As it is previous to what I have already inputted, I wondered if I could set up another account and the transfer the info after to the current account?

Or if you have any suggestions I would be most grateful as I have just spent the last two days inputting 2017. I am quite happy to do the same for 2016 (well not exactly happy!) but I don't want to mess up what I have a find it doesn't work after another couple of gruelling days!!
