MoneyManager Cannot be install

Hi,
I am just new in here, I have tried to install MoneyManager for severals time. It appears that something went wrong the window stopped the installation.
I would be grateful and appreciate a little help here. I am using Window 7 Pro/64bits other than that everything seems normal to me. I have tried to sort out any tutorials or guides for installation. But i didn't found any related to what i need. Here again, i need your help, with the installation. Thank you.
