1.3.3 unable to start

I installed mmex_1.3.3_x64 for the first time on Windows 7 Pro. On launch, I get a popup:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.
No additional information is available, when I try from the terminal, nor in the Event Viewer logs.

bingalls I have the same problem on my PC (Windows 7 x64). Many times I sent a message to MMEX service by Facebook but there was no answer. I think author doesn't know how to solve this problem.
