Bulk "Find and Delete Duplicate Transactions"

I need a way to Find, and then Delete Duplicate Transactions IN BULK. Not 1 at a time.
Right now MMEX only will delete 1 at a time, with a user GUI confirmation required for each delete operation.
This is far too slow.
What do people suggest?
