Suppose I have to pay Real Estate Taxes every July. Say the amount is $2,500. I would like my Budget to show NO Estimate for Real Estate Taxes during the year except for July, where the Estimate would show as $2,500. The only way to see month-by-month Budget Estimates vs. Actuals is in the Budget Performance Report. Anyone know of a way to do this?

Suppose you have a budget for a given year, and a budget for a given month within that year. Is there a way to make the Period Selection for Budget Performance have the same capability as the Period Selection for Budget Categories? That is, Period: 2020-07 would work in each?
