Transfers between accounts show 0.00 on receiving account

If I create a transfer for £10 from account A to B, account A correctly shows -£10 but the recipient account B, shows 0.00
This behaviour is repeatable across all accounts.
I have just returned to MMex from a long absence and importing my CashOrganizer data was a lot of work. The actual numbers are correct but the original links between inter-account transfers were not created.
I'm using desktop 1.3.3
I tried to then create a transfer transaction in Android but it was not clear how a transfer transaction is possible. It seems not to be supported?
